What's the return policy?
Returns
You can return any product purchased on Alorahomeessentials.com, for any reason, within 60 days of receipt. To start a return, email us at service@alorahomeessentials.com.
- To start a return, email us: service@alorahomeessentials.com. You'll need your order # and associated email address.
- After your request is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and pre-paid shipping label. Note: A flat-rate of $9.99, or 20% of returns over $50, will be deducted from your refund if the pre-paid label is used.
- Shipping Instructions:
- Pack all return items and a copy of your approved return email with RMA#. You can use the box the items arrived in or any other box.
- Label your return package with the pre-paid shipping label that was provided when your return was approved.
- Drop your return package at a local UPS or UPS dropbox.
Note: We do not refund original shipping charges and you will be responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax (if applicable). A flat-rate of $9.99, or 20% of returns over $50, will be deducted from your refund if the pre-paid label is used. You can pay for your own shipping too, just let us know by contacting us at service@alorahomeessentials.com. You will receive shipping instructions after this request is approved. For your protection and convenience, we recommend using our provided shipping label, but if you would like to create your own, please do so through a traceable carrier.
Also, to make the refund process as quick and seamless as possible, do not return your product without an RMA #. If your product was purchased from another retailer, you will need to return the product to that same retailer.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, but we're happy to provide a full refund for any item that is purchased on our website and returned within 90 days of receipt. Original discounts will be honored on future orders.
Manufacturing Defects
We work closely with our production and shipping teams to ensure the highest quality standards, but defects and damages do occasionally happen. If you notice any damage to your AloraHome item upon receipt, please contact us immediately at service@alorahomeessentials.com so we can replace your item.
All items purchased on Alorahomeessentials.com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. If a manufacturing defect is found, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your item at no additional cost.
Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of your claim. If possible, we also ask that you provide a picture of the item with description of the defect.
Damages caused as a result of, or purchased under, the following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by our guarantee:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by abuse, accident or negligence
- Products that have not been assembled properly or used in accordance with provided instructions
- Any product which has been purposely modified from its original structure
- Any product purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, used or sold as is
- Any product purchased via an unauthorized reseller
